Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Timelines are estimates โ€” actual delivery may vary based on courier availability and weather conditions.

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM on business days are dispatched the same day
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays are dispatched the next business day
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once dispatched

๐Ÿ“ Delivery Coverage

We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India through our courier partners (Delhivery, Blue Dart, Shiprocket). If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout.

We currently do not ship internationally.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Packaging

All books are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit:

  • Books are wrapped in protective foam/bubble wrap
  • Packed in sturdy corrugated boxes for orders with multiple items
  • Fragile or large books get extra padding
  • No invoice with pricing is included if you mention "Gift" in order notes

โ— Failed Delivery

  • If delivery fails (wrong address, not available), our courier will attempt delivery 3 times
  • After 3 failed attempts, the package is returned to our warehouse
  • We will contact you to reship โ€” a โ‚น49 re-shipping fee may apply
  • Please ensure your address and phone number are correct at checkout

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email with AWB/tracking number
  • A link to track your shipment on the courier's website
