📦 How to Return a Book

Request Return
Go to My Orders → select the order → click "Request Return" within 7 days

Pack & Ship
Pack the book securely in original condition. Our team will arrange a pickup or provide return address

Get Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, refund is processed within 5–7 business days
✅ Eligible for Return
- Book received in damaged or torn condition
- Wrong book delivered (different title/author than ordered)
- Missing pages or printing defects
- Item not received within 15 days of order (lost in transit)
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
❌ Not Eligible for Return
- Books that have been read, written in, or are not in original condition
- Returns requested after 7 days of delivery
- Damage caused by the customer after delivery
- Digital products or e-books
- Items purchased during clearance sales (marked as "Final Sale")
Please inspect your order at the time of delivery. For COD orders, you may refuse delivery if the package appears damaged.
💰 Refund Timeline
Day 0 — Return approved
Your return request is reviewed and approved by our team
Day 1–3 — Item collected
We arrange pickup from your address or you ship to our warehouse
Day 4–5 — Inspection
We inspect the returned item for original condition
Day 5–7 — Refund initiated
Refund is initiated to your original payment method
Day 7–10 — Refund received
Amount reflects in your bank/UPI/wallet (depends on your bank)
Refund Methods
- Online payments (UPI/Card/Netbanking): Refunded to original payment source
- Cash on Delivery: Refunded via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) — we'll need your bank details
🔄 Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped — go to My Orders and click Cancel
- Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled — you may return it after delivery
- Refund for cancelled orders is processed within 3–5 business days
