Yes! Enter your coupon code in the cart page before checkout. Valid coupons will automatically apply the discount.

You will receive an email confirmation with your order number as soon as your order is placed. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days across India. Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata) typically receive orders in 2–4 days.

Delivery is FREE on orders above ₹499. A flat ₹49 shipping fee applies to orders below ₹499.

Yes, we ship pan-India including Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. Some remote areas may take an extra 2–3 days.

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can also track from My Orders in your account.

Our courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times. After that, the package is returned to us and we'll contact you to rearrange.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or wrong items. The book must be unused and in original condition.

Go to My Orders → select the order → click "Request Return". Our team will review your request and get back within 24 hours.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (3–5 days), refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Unfortunately we don't accept returns for books that were purchased correctly and are in good condition. Returns are only for damaged, defective, or wrong items.

Yes, orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — you may return it after delivery.

You can browse without an account, but you need to log in or register to place an order. Registration is quick — just your name, mobile/email and a password.

We organise books by grade (Pre-School to Grade 4) and subject. Each book page shows the age range, topics, and a description to help you decide.

Absolutely! You can ship to any address. We don't include invoice or pricing inside the package if you request gift wrapping (mention in order notes).
